What is our "excessive waiting policy?"

Mobile Notary AppointmentsUpon our arrival, and after 15 minutes, we will charge an additional $10 for every 10 minutes we must wait.

We will be on time for your appointment, so please be ready when we arrive. Our time is carefully scheduled throughout the day to enable us to arrive for each appointment on time and to be able to spend the appropriate amount of time with each customer. Sometimes a 15 minute wait for us can cause the schedule for the remainder of our day to run behind.
